QUALITY CONTROL

We test and inspect every bike before shipping it to the customer to ensure it arrives in great working order when a customer opens the box. From the electrical components to the drivetrain – our techs check over each part before it leaves our Asheville, N.C. facility.

We design and develop our bikes in North Carolina with a goal of providing the best quality bikes while keeping prices as affordable as we can. We outfit our bikes with quality parts from some of the biggest brands in the industry that share our commitment to quality.

SAFE SHIPPING

We hand pick our shipping partners to make sure our bikes arrive with as little damage as possible. There is a lot that goes into getting a bike anywhere in the USA, and we work to ensure that each bike arrives in the same condition it was in as when it left our HQ.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Our full coverage warranty spans one year from the day your bike arrives to your door and covers key components like the motor, battery, display and frame. If a warranty part is needed we’ll ship replacement parts straight from our North Carolina headquarters.
