We offer a one year warranty on our bikes that offer full protection on the electric components such as the display, motor and controller. Our warranty also covers the frame from manufacturing defects not caused by damage from accidents and wrecks.

While problems with our bikes are rare, in the event that you do have an issue that you’re unable to resolve after reviewing the videos on our website, you can send us an email at support@m2sbikes.com and we’ll get back in touch with you as quickly as possible to help get you back up and riding as soon as possible.

Generally speaking, most problems with the bikes can be resolved by the customer himself with out having to take the bike to a bike shop. We provide detailed instructions on making a repair and offer supplemental videos to help you make sure you are able to complete the repair as quickly and easily as possible.

For example, if the display or controller were to break due to an unexpected problem, we would send the customer a replacement part by Priority Mail along with info on how to replace. Each of the electric components on the bike can be replaced by simply unplugging the quick release wire ports and switching out the old part for the replacement part. Most repairs can be completed in under 15 minutes.

Our warranty also covers the frame and other components for one year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or other non-riding related problems. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear either. This would include things like the chain, chain ring, crank arms, brakes or derailleur as all of these items are susceptible to problems that naturally occur when riding extensively.

After the warranty period has expired for your bike, we will continue to offer support and can provide replacement parts at low cost to you for the life of your bike to make sure that your bike can provide a lifetime of enjoyment.
