M2S Bikes accepts and retains no liability whatsoever for any damage – regardless of what type – caused by riders/users of the Bike to others or others’ property. M2S Bikes accepts and retains no liability for any damage or injury to any party involving or caused by improper use, handling, or storage of the Bike, or any other M2S Bikes or components.
M2S accepts and retains no liability for any damage or injury to any party involved caused by or involving improper maintenance of the Bike or any component therein. Additionally, M2S Bikes accepts and retains no liability for any claims related to or caused by any attachments, additional components or modifications to the Bike.
Riding a bicycle outdoors, whether in urban or rural settings, has specific challenges and risks. User agrees and waives any and all liability on behalf of M2S Bikes related to User’s decision making and riding, including accidents or injuries caused by others, conditions, terrain, weather, or other outside causes.
DISCLAIMER
All other remedies, obligations, liabilities, rights, warranties, express or implied, arising from law or otherwise, including but not limited to, any claimed implied warranty of merchantability, any claimed implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any claimed implied warranty of fitness, are disclaimed by M2S Bikes and waived by the original owner. If any provision is found unenforceable, only that provision shall be stricken and all others shall apply.
